We share the story of how they achieved their goals and aspirations.
In doing so, they have inspired by demonstrating that we are all capable and have the opportunity to pursue our dreams.

Equal Love: Beauty for All

Ana María Hernández is the founder and CEO of Equal Love, a beauty brand founded on the principles of celebrating gender inclusion, diversity, and promoting love.
Ana María is a lawyer, notary, and translator in Puerto Rico, and she has dedicated most of her career to advocating for the legal protection of all living beings.
This passion led her to create her brand. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, she grew tired of gender stereotypes.
She wanted to raise awareness about the importance of allowing all people to have a healthy and safe lifestyle, regardless of their gender or any other form of self-expression.
Arrecife: Swimwear for Men

Camilo Pulido and Raúl Vázquez are Hispanic entrepreneurs in Puerto Rico and the founders of Arrecife, a Puerto Rican swimwear line for men.
Each Arrecife style is carefully produced and features vibrant designs that reflect the most popular and stunning views of the Island of Enchantment.
Camilo is the CEO in charge of everything related to design and production, and Raúl is the CFO and the financial expert of the operation.
This epic partnership is the spark that started it all and has quickly propelled Arrecife to notoriety in just 5 years.
Maranta Power, for Beautiful Curly Hair

Laura OM is the founder and CEO of Maranta Power, a natural, cruelty-free, and professional-quality hair formula.
«Maranta» is the Puerto Rican word used to refer to abundant, unruly, curly, or wavy hair.
Laura is the Curls Queen of Puerto Rico. With decades-long experience as a stylist, artist, and business owner, she launched her brand to help maintain beautiful hair.
She is passionate about teaching others, especially women and children, how to manage and style their curls and wear them with pride.
Barras, Artisan Beauty

Tanairí Miranda is the founder and CEO of Barras, a Puerto Rican company specializing in natural, handmade artisanal beauty and soap.
Tanairí developed an entrepreneurial spirit at an early age and began making soaps in her grandmother’s kitchen with the goal of becoming independent.
While attending college and working full-time, she managed her soap business.
Her remarkable success and loyal followers eventually led the brand to open its online store and physical stores across the island.
